Enrollment Procedure

Procedures for participants in the short course----within 90 days

Deadline is 1 month before starting date. But if the number of participants is maximum,　we will finish recruiting on that time.

STEP4 Payment/Necessary documents

※By 1 month before starting date
When we receive the payment, we'll send necessary documents for your visa application.
Apply for a tourist visa at the Japanese embassy (consulate), if required.

STEP5 Notice your flight information.

※About 10 days before starting date
We'll send your host family information.
You are required to have International Travel Insurance.

STEP6 Depart for Japan.

We'll see you at the Narita airport (If you requested)
You'll arrive at your accommodation place

Procedures for students who need Student Visa

※We may need a lot of time to check your documents, as Immigration Japan checks your documents very thoroughly. Many applicants do not send in all the necessary information and therefore their applications are rejected. Please be sure to send in all pertinent documents as early as possible to expedite the application procedure.

STEP4 Send us all necessary documents by post and make payment of visa processing fees.　

※By 6 month before starting date
We translate and check all the documents you sent to us and hand them into the Immigration Japan.

STEP5 Applicants remit the invoiced fee to our bank account.

※By 2 months before starting date

When your documents are confirmed by the Immigration Japan, a Certificate of Eligibility (Permission from Japanese Government to be granted a Student Visa)is issued.

We invoice the rest of the fees(Registration fee and Tuition for 1 year, Maintenance fee & Social Activity fee).

After confirmation of payment, we send the Admission Certificate and the Certificate of Eligibility to you.

Applicants hand in the documents to apply for the visa at a Japanese embassy (Consulate).
