Airport pick up

For those who wish, we have the option of picking you up at Narita Airport/Haneda Airport.
For students coming to Japan on or after April 1, 2025.

Please check in advance.

• Please book a flight that arrives at the Narita/Haneda airport by 6pm.
• We cannot accommodate UM services. (Unaccompanied Minor Service)
• If you require a visa but are unable to ob tain one, the airport pick up fee will be refunded.
• If after we have arranged the airport pickup (after we have notified you that we have arranged it), your flight changes and you cancel the pickup arrangement, the fee will not be refunded.
• If after we have arranged the airport pick-up (after informing you that we have arranged it), your flight changes and we re-arrange it, you will be charged an additional 10,000yen.
• After we have arranged the airport pick-up service (After informing you that we have arranged it), If your flight or arrival date changes and you still ask the pick-up service for it, you will be charged the same airport pick up fee again.

Travel by yourself from the airport to your destination.

This is information for those who plan to travel by public transportation from Narita or Haneda airports to the destination by themselves.

Narita airport is farther from central Tokyo than Haneda airport, so travel the time will be longer, and the fare will be higher.
