Sushi Course at Kudan Japanese Language Institute – January  2026 Intake! Now Accepting Applications

Learn both Japanese language and authentic sushi-making from top instructors and sushi chefs in a unique one-month program.
The Sushi Course at Kudan Japanese Language Institute will be held from January 13th ~　2026. Applications are now open!

Course Highlights

• Morning Japanese lessons in a multinational environment (conversation-focused, from beginner to advanced)
• Twice a week (Tuesday & Friday afternoons), hands-on sushi lessons by a professional chef from Sushi Ginza Onodera, a world-renowned high-end sushi brand
• Practical curriculum: learn how to make vinegared rice, cut fish, and master nigiri and sushi roll techniques directly from professionals
• Upon completion, you will be able to entertain friends and family with the sushi skills you have acquired!

Course Overview

Tuition includes registration, course fees, and textbooks.
* Commuting cost to Futako-tamagawa (440 yen one way) not included.
