会話サポーターとの交流授業☆ Open Conversation class with Japanese supporters

会話サポーターとの交流授業

Today we would like to introduce our term-end interactive conversation lesson. 

先日行われた学期末の交流授業では、これまでたくさん勉強、練習してきた学生たちが

ボランティアの会話サポーターの皆様との交流授業を愉しみました。

In the end of the term, students of conversation course have an opportunity

to talk to “Conversation supporters”.

Students used their Japanese knowledge and skills

which they have gained in the semester and enjoyed the lesson.

普段クラスメートと会話の練習をしている学生にとって、

日本人の会話サポーターのボランティアのゲストの方々とお話をするのは新鮮で

少し恥ずかしそうに、でも楽しそうに話をしている様子が伺えました。

Talking to Japanese guests is different from their regular practice with classmate.

Some students can be a little shy in the beginning but it was an active class with laugh and smile. 

会話サポーターの皆様からは

「学生の話からいろいろな気づきを与えられた！」

「外国から来る学生が日本でどんなふうに生活しているかが興味深かった」

「〇〇の国の文化について知らないことをたくさん聞けた」

など、うれしいご感想をいただき、身近にあることへの気づきや

多国籍の学生との交流ならではの体感をして下さっているようでした。

We have had some positive comments from the conversation supporters

as they enjoy talking to international students and learning new cultures.

交流授業の後半では、すっかり打ち解けリラックスした様子で

好きなアーティストや趣味についてなど会話を楽しんでいました。

As coming to the end of the class, students and Japanese supporters became more relaxed

and they have talked about their favorite artists or hobbies etc..  

次回の会話サポーターとの交流授業は 3月28日（木）

を予定しています

Next interactive conversation lesson is scheduled on March 28th (Thursday).
