学生時代もそうかもしれませんが、

働き始めると昼休憩に食べるご飯が楽しみの一つになります。

It may have been the same when you was a student, but ,

after you get a job, the lunch you eat during your lunch break becomes one of the things you look forward to.

ということで、今日は私のお昼ごはんを紹介します。

SoToday I introduce my lunch～

天津飯（てんしんはん） Tien shin han  (Tianjin Rice)

今日、私は「天津飯」を食べました。

Today, I ate this one.

天津飯はご飯の上に卵焼（かに玉）と甘酸っぱいとろみのある餡をかけた食べ物です。

Tenshinhan is a dish of rice topped with fried eggs and sweet and sour thickened bean paste.

今日のお店の天津飯は海鮮天津飯だったので以下のものも入っていました。

Today’s Tenshinhan was seafood Tenshinhan, so the following foods were also included.

エビ (Ebi)   Shrimp

イカ (Ika)   Squid

ホタテ (Hotate)  Scallops

カニカマ (Kanikama)  Crab cakes

あさり (Asari)   Clams

漢字の知識  Knowledge of Kanji

せっかくなのでちょこっとだけ漢字のことについて。

I’d like to introduce a little bit about Kanji.

①天津飯　②天津饭

上の２つの「てんしんはん」を見て、違いがわかりますか？

天津（てんしん）は同じですが、「はん」の字にご注目ください。

Can you tell the difference between the two Tenshinhan ?

Tenshin(天津） is the same, but pay attention to han.

①　「飯」；日本で使われている漢字。台湾・香港などで使われている繁体字（はんたいじ）。

This “飯”(han) is the kanji used in Japan, and traditional Kanji used in Taiwan, Hong Kong and other countries or directs.

②　「饭」；簡体字（かんたいじ）。主に中国大陸で使われています。

This “饭” is Simplified Kanji. Mainly used in China.

日本で使われている漢字と繁体字  Kanji used in Japan and Traditional Kanji

日本で使われている漢字と繁体字も全く同じというわけではありません。

Kanji used in Japan and traditional Kanji are not exactly the same.

例えば For example

ちゅうごくご  Chinese language

①　中国語　②中國話

がくしゅう  Learning

①　学習　　②學習

＊①日本で使われている漢字　②繁体字

① kanji used in Japan  ② Traditional Kanji

細かいですが、違いを見つけてみてくださいね～

It’s a small detail,  but try to find the difference~

天津飯は日本だけ!?  Tenshinhan is only available in Japan!?

中国の友達から「天津飯は中国にはないよ」と言われたことがあります。

日本ではほんとんどの中華料理屋さんで天津飯を食べることができますが、

他の国の中華料理屋さんではないかもしれません。

ですので是非日本に来た際には天津飯を食べてみてくださいね。

My Chinese friend once told that Tenshinhan is not available in China.

In Japan, you can eat Tenshinhan at almost any Chinese restaurant.

But, you may not find it in Chinese restaurants in other countries.

So, you can try it when you come to Japan.
