オンライン国際交流会を行いました。

参加者は総勢44名!!

ZOOMオンラインでの交流会は先週に続いて今回で2回目の開催です。

九段の留学生と日本の大学生による交流会なのですが、

44名を数グループに分けて交流してもらいました。

グループ分けは主に以下の点を考慮して、事前に九段の交流会担当者が行いました。

Yesterday Kudan’s on line International exchange meeting was held.
A total of 44 participants !!
This is the second time for the exchange meeting via ZOOM, , following last week.
It is an exchange event between Kudan international students and Japanese university students.
44 people were divided into several groups and had exchanges.
Grouping was done in advance by the person in charge of Kudan, taking into consideration the following points.

昨天九段日本語學院舉行了線上國際交流會。
竟然共有44人參加啦！
自上週以來，這是ZOOM Online的第二次交流會。
這是九段學生與日本大學生之間的交流活動。
44人被分成幾個小組並進行了交流。
負責交流會的老師已預先分組，並考慮了以下內容：
*據負責人說，在交流會前夕很難分組，
分組結束後，她吃了納豆飯，那是晚上10:40。 ..

 

まず一つは留学生の日本語レベルです。

九段には初心者から日本語能力試験1級レベルの内容を勉強するクラスまでがあり、
交流会に参加する留学生の日本語レベルも様々です。
その中で、例えば初級レベルの学生と中上級レベルの学生が同じグループにならないようにします。

The first is the Japanese level of international students.

At Kudan, there are multiple classes for beginners to study the contents of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 1 level.
There are various Japanese levels of international students who participate in the exchange meeting.
Among them, for example, beginner level students and intermediate and advanced level students should not be in the same group.

首先是九段學生的日語水平。

在九段，有很多級別班級，從面向初學者的課程到學習日語能力測試1級級別的內容的班級。
參加交流會的學生的日語水平也各不相同。
其中，例如，初學者和中高級學生不應該在同一組中吧。

もう一つは九段だからこそできるグループ分けではないでしょうか。

それは日本の大学生の希望に沿うことです。
交流会は日本語での交流がメインになりますが、もちろん日本の大学生も自分で勉強している言語で交流したい、
現在自分がどれくらい各言語ネイティブスピーカーの言葉を聞いて理解できるか、そして話せるか試したいという思いがあります。
今回日本の大学生が学んでいる言語には英語、中国語、ドイツ語、スペイン語がありました。
でも九段なら大丈夫!!
九段には世界各地からの学生がいるので、英語・中国語・ドイツ語・スペイン語のネイティブスピーカーだっているんです。

I think the other is grouping that can be done because it is Kudan.

It is to meet the wishes of Japanese university students.
The exchange meeting is mainly conducted in Japanese,
But of course Japanese university students want to interact in the language they are studying,
They  want to test how much they can hear and understand the language of each language native speaker, and whether they can speak or not.
This time Japanese university students are learning
There were English, Chinese, German and Spanish.
But Kudan is no problem !!
Because there are students from all over the world at Kudan, so of course there are native speaker of English, Chinese, German and Spanish.

我認為另一個分組方式是因為九段才能做到的。

這是為了滿足日本大學生的願望。
交流會主要以日語進行，不過
當然，日本的大學生也想用他們正在學習的語言進行互動，
他們也希望測試能不能聽得理解每種母語的人的語言，以及他們自己講外國語的能力。
這次參加交流會的日本大學生正在學習的語言
有英文，中文，德文和西班牙文。
但是九段能夠解決的！
因為九段有來自世界各地的學生，所以以英語，中文，德語和西班牙語為母語的學生都有呢。

他にどんな点に気をつけているのか、交流会担当者に改めて聞いてみました。

担当者：
「先週参加した人が違う人と話せるように、過去の交流履歴もチェックしています。
あと、発話が多くなるように、なるべく２：２、２：３、３：３と少人数で話せるようにしています。
こんなに人数が多く色んな言語での交流会は、複雑でアレンジが大変ですが、
課外活動を全然してあげられない留学生や留学から途中帰国しなければならなかった日本人大学生の皆さんのために交流会だけでもと思って企画しました。」
交流会担当者の学生のために何かしてあげたい!やるなら皆さんに満足してもらいたい!
という気持ちが伝わればいいなと思います。
このような細かい配慮ができるのも、これまでずっと九段が交流会を続けてきた積み重ねがあるからこそだと思います。

I asked the person in charge of the exchange meeting what other things she was careful of.

Person in charge:
“I also check the history of past interactions so that the people who participated last week can talk to different people.
Also, I try to form a small group so that the participants can speak as much as possible., such as 2: 2, 2: 3, 3: 3.
It is complicated and difficult to arrange an exchange meeting in such a large number of people in various languages.
I planned it for international students who could not do extracurricular activities at all and Japanese university students who had to return home from study abroad. ”

I wish I could convey her feeling.
She wants to do something for students! She wants all ofparticipants to be satisfied if she do it!
I think this kind of detailed consideration can be attributed to the accumulation of Kudan’s exchange meetings.

我問了交流會負責老師她還注意其他哪些事項。

負責老師：
“我還檢查了過去的交流會的紀錄，以便安排給上週參加的人可以與其他人交談的機會。
另外，為了增加發言的次數，每個組，例如2：2：2：3：3。”

我希望她的這種想法好好傳達到您們和參加過交流會的學生
她一直想為了學生能做點什麼！她也希望能夠讓每個參加的人都滿意！

我認為之所以她能夠做這種詳細而且周到的安排，是因為她有在九段已經舉行過很多年的交流會的經驗吧。

第3回もきっとあるだろうと思います!!

一日でも早く学校で交流会が行えるようになることを期待しながら、

私も現在出来ることを考えていきたいと思います。

I’m sure there will be the third one too !!
While hoping to have a exchange meeting at school as soon as possible,
I also want to think about what I can do now.
